If you don’t have a landline you likely didn’t get any messages about power outages from EXCEL. One neighbor did get a message and it said that there will be an outage on Sept. 3 from 8:00-4:00 PM.
Try going to EXCEL OUTAGE & EMERGENCIES, enter ‘80302’ and use the map to find what you need. Currently Excel shows this:
