Dear Neighbors & Supporters:

The Boulder County Transportation Dept. is finalizing plans to widen Four Mile Canyon Drive to accommodate a 4 ft. up-1 ft. down bicycle lane; from 30′ to up to 45′ with drainage to include the blasting, bolting, cementing, and chaining of rock walls; the condemnation of private property owner’s land; and the destruction of wildlife habitat and historic mining history in their effort to:

… influence travel behavior…,” and by “…using other efforts that maximize travel choices as competitive options to driving alone for trip purposes, particularly work trips.”
